Southern magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora) is a great ally for spiritual work. They bring in protection, tending and support as we pass through portals of all kinds. They’ll squeeze us tight and tell us we’re okay as we journey, then gently release us on the other side. They encourage presence in self when we’re neither here nor there. What parts of you remain present as everything around you moves and changes? They also support us in grounding the spirit into the body, thus integrating the human and spiritual parts of self.

Instructions: Use intuitively. Try 1-3 drops under the tongue, or in a glass of water, 1-3 times per day.
